"Hi PcMatix, I just wanted to give you a follow-up call. A couple of days ago I had a problem with my computer blue-screening (I run a small business out of my house), and I could not get to my files. Every minute I was down I was loosing revenue.You sent a technician out to my house the same day that I called – probably within 4 hours of our conversation, which is unbelievable – he was very professional, courteous, and even took off his shoes when he came into the house (to keep from tracking any dirt into my home). He fixed my computer – it’s no longer blue-screening, I can get to all of my files, and it’s running pretty fast now – actually even faster than it did before the technician’s visit.
I’m going to keep your number on-hand, right here next to my computer, so if I have any problems at all I can call you first. I have called other companies in the past and they have not been even half as good or as professional as your technician was when he came to my home office.
